Terms of Service — E-Deposit Platform

Welcome to E-Deposit, an electronic deposit service that allows users to make and manage deposits through digital payment channels such as Mobile Money, VISA, and bank transfers.
By accessing or using this service, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using E-Deposit.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, initiating a deposit, or using any feature of E-Deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
We may request verification of your identity in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
3. How E-Deposit Works
Users can make deposits through supported payment methods such as Mobile Money, VISA, or bank transfer.
Each deposit transaction will be issued a unique reference number.
Funds deposited will be credited to your E-Deposit account balance within minutes, subject to network availability.
Deposit confirmations are sent via SMS and/or email.
4. Fees and Charges
E-Deposit may apply a transaction fee or service charge depending on the payment channel used.
All applicable fees are displayed before confirming a transaction.
5. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Never share your PIN, OTP, or password with anyone.
E-Deposit will never ask for your personal credentials via phone, SMS, or email.
In case of suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
6. Transaction Limits
The maximum and minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel.
Transactions may be delayed or rejected due to regulatory restrictions or network interruptions.
7. Refunds and Reversals
Deposits are final and non-reversible once confirmed.
Refunds may only be issued in cases of:
System error or duplicate transaction
Failed processing due to network interruption
Requests for refunds must be submitted to support@lomsfinance.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
8. Compliance and Reporting
E-Deposit complies with all Central Bank regulations and financial reporting standards.
All suspicious or fraudulent activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
E-Deposit shall not be held liable for:
Losses resulting from user negligence or third-party fraud
Network failures, system downtime, or force majeure events
Delays in crediting deposits caused by payment service providers
10. Amendments
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our platform, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Uganda courts.
